Data over anecdotes. Why labs matter in this community.

Why We Share Bloodwork
“I feel great” is nice. Numbers are better.
The problem with vibes
Everyone’s got a story about how something worked amazing for them. Cool. But without data, it’s just a story. And stories don’t help the next person make informed decisions.
What bloodwork tells us
- Before/after - Actual measurable changes
- Side effects - Things you might not “feel” but should know about
- Dose response - What happens at different amounts
- Timeline - How long things take to show up
What we look at
Common panels members share:
- Comprehensive metabolic panel
- Lipid panel
- Hormone panels (depending on what you’re running)
- CBC
- Specific markers relevant to the compound
Privacy
Blur your name. Blur your doctor’s info. We just want the numbers.
The culture
When someone asks about a compound and you’ve run it, posting your labs carries more weight than “yeah bro it works.” It helps everyone make better decisions.
Data > anecdotes. Always.
