Overview

N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is a modified form of Selank with N-terminal acetylation and C-terminal amidation. These modifications improve metabolic stability, blood-brain barrier penetration, and extend the duration of action compared to standard Selank.

Mechanism of Action

Modulates GABA-A receptors and influences BDNF expression. Anxiolytic effects without sedation. Enhanced stability protects from enzymatic degradation.

Quick Reference

Common Dose 200-600mcg
Frequency 1-2x daily (nasal or subq)
Half-Life ~30-60 minutes
Storage Refrigerate reconstituted. More stable than unmodified Selank.

Notes

Enhanced version of Selank with longer duration of effects. Research compound.
