Overview

Thymogen is a synthetic dipeptide (L-Glu-L-Trp) originally isolated from calf thymus. Registered in Russia since 1990 as an immunostimulant. Available as injection, nasal spray, and topical cream.

Mechanism of Action

Modulates T-cell and NK cell function. Normalizes immune function in immunocompromised states. Accumulates in liver, thymus, and lymph nodes.
