Overview
Labrats ("we", "our", "the app") is a peptide protocol tracking application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Data We Collect
Account Data
When you sign in using Apple or Discord, we receive:
- A unique identifier
- Your email address (if provided)
We do not receive or store your Apple ID password or Discord password.
User-Generated Data
Data you enter into the app:
- Compound/peptide information
- Dosing logs and schedules
- Inventory records
- Protocol notes
- Progress photos (if added)
This data is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and is associated with your account.
Analytics Data
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics including:
- App opens and feature usage
- Device type and OS version
- Crash reports
TelemetryDeck is privacy-focused and does not collect personally identifiable information. No IP addresses are stored. Analytics data cannot be linked back to you.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide the app's functionality
- Sync your data across devices
- Improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
- Send notifications you have enabled
We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your health/protocol data with anyone
- Use your data for advertising
- Access your data unless required for technical support (with your permission)
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with:
- Encryption at rest
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Row-level security policies
Your protocol data is private and only accessible by you.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
