Overview

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide with strong GH-releasing activity. One of the most potent GHRPs but may cause desensitization with prolonged use.

Mechanism of Action

Activates ghrelin receptors (GHSR) to stimulate GH release. Also has cardioprotective effects independent of GH.
