Overview

Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin, essential for puberty onset and reproductive function. Potently stimulates GnRH release.

Mechanism of Action

Activates GPR54 (Kiss1R) receptor on GnRH neurons, triggering the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and LH/FSH release.
