Labrats

By using Labrats ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Nature of the Service

Labrats is a personal tracking and logging tool. The app helps you record and organize information — nothing more.

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE:

  • Medical advice
  • Health recommendations
  • Dosing guidance
  • Treatment protocols
  • Diagnosis of any condition

The app is a calculator and logger. Any data, calculations, or information displayed (including half-life calculations, pharmacokinetic estimates, or "in system" indicators) are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for health decisions.

2. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: LABRATS IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION.

  • We are not healthcare providers
  • Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any compounds
  • Do not make health decisions based solely on information in this app

You acknowledge that peptides, research chemicals, and related compounds may be unregulated, experimental, or illegal in your jurisdiction. Your use of such compounds is entirely your own decision and responsibility.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your health decisions
  • You assume all risks associated with any compounds you choose to use
  • The app merely records information you input — it does not validate, verify, or endorse any substance or protocol
  • Calculations and estimates in the app may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation
  • You will not rely on the app for any health or safety decisions

YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK OF ANY HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM IT.

4. No Warranty

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of calculations or data
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Reliability or availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Data integrity or security

We do not warrant that:

  • The app will meet your requirements
  • The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any calculations are accurate or appropriate for you
  • Data will not be lost

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABRATS AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, health, or goodwill
  • Any personal injury or death
  • Any damages arising from your use of compounds or substances
  • Any reliance on information provided by the app

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Labrats and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the app
  • Your use of any compounds or substances
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Any harm to yourself or others related to your use of the app

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

  • Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store
  • Prices may change with notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made through Apple
  • We do not process refunds directly

8. Your Data

  • You own the data you input
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
  • We may delete data if you violate these terms
  • Data may be lost due to technical issues — maintain your own backups
  • See our Privacy Policy for data handling details

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Distribute, sell, or share harmful information obtained via the app
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
  • Use the app to harm yourself or others
  • Misrepresent the app as providing medical advice
  • Share your account with others

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm you are 21 or older.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the app ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will survive (liability, indemnification, etc.)

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Labrats.
